North Korea's state agency released details of the Russia-DPRK agreement, emphasizing cooperation in military, science, and economic sectors

Russian media TASS reported the information.
It noted that the relevant agreement between the two countries provides for:
- Immediate provision of mutual assistance in case of aggression against one of the countries;
- In the event of a threat of aggression, the countries will agree on measures to coordinate their positions and ensure cooperation in eliminating the threat;
- Moscow and Pyongyang undertake not to enter into agreements with third countries that could threaten the sovereignty and security of the two countries;
- Russia and the DPRK are seeking to increase bilateral trade and create favorable conditions for economic cooperation;
- Moscow and Pyongyang have agreed to develop relations in space, peaceful atom, AI, and IT;
- The countries will intensify cooperation in the media to counteract false information and information provocations;
- Russia and the DPRK will create a system of measures to strengthen defense capabilities to prevent war and ensure peace;
- The Treaty on Strategic Partnership between Russia and the DPRK is indefinite.
In addition, according to TASS, Kim Jong Un awarded Putin with the highest state award of the DPRK - the Order of Kim Il Sung.
The DPRK leader also presented Putin with two hunting dogs of the rare Pyongsan breed.
- Earlier, Vladimir Putin arrived in the DPRK at the invitation of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. The countries signed a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement that provides for mutual assistance in the event of an attack on one of the signatories. At the same time, the DPRK leader expressed "unconditional support" for Russia in the war with Ukraine.
