Budanov is behind terrorist attack in Moscow: foreign fakes and manipulations for March 26

According to the National Security and Defense Council's Center for Countering Disinformation, on March 26, foreign media launched two fakes and one manipulation.

Disinformation: "Want to know who is behind Moscow terrorist attacks ? In my opinion> Budanov: ministry Ukraine intelligence," Swiss-Italian journalist Angelo Giuliano wrote on social network X.

Manipulation: American political scientist John Mearsheimer said: "My bet is that most Ukrainians involved in national security and foreign policy realize that their days are numbered. I'm willing to bet that in the West, most of the political elite realize that Ukraine is losing and Russia is winning.”

Disinformation: Commenting on the terrorist attack in the Moscow region, former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter said: “This was organized by the Ukrainians. The CIA trained Ukraine in these methods from 2014 to 2022.”

• On March 23, Putin made an address on the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall. According to the Russian dictator, Ukraine was allegedly "preparing a window" to receive the terrorists who staged the attack in the Moscow region.
• At the same time, the Main Intelligence Directorate is convinced that the shooting at the Moscow Crocus shopping center was a deliberate provocation by the Putin regime, and the Foreign Ministry said that the world should strongly reject Russia's false accusations of Ukraine's alleged involvement. The White House also rejected Ukraine's involvement.
