Putin is "mocking" Trump’s goodwill with Ukraine strikes — Polish FM following Russia's strike on Sumy

“Ukraine unconditionally agreed to a ceasefire over a month ago,” Sikorski said ahead of an EU foreign ministers’ meeting in Luxembourg. “The heinous attacks on Kryvyi Rih and on Sumy is Russia's mocking answer.”
He urged Washington to recognize Putin’s actions for what they are.
“I hope that President Trump and the U.S. administration see that the leader of Russia is mocking their goodwill and I hope the right decisions are taken.”
