What’s behind ‘leak’ on Wagner Group’s attempt to buy arms from Turkey?

Judging by the clumsiness and aim of the whole effort, it is not hard to guess whose ears are sticking out of this PSYOP

Regarding the attempts of the Wagner PMC to buy weapons from Turkey…

A series of leaks of all kinds of "secret" documents suggests that someone organized a large-scale PSYOP to discredit on a mass scale everything that the Kremlin was interested in discrediting.

But let’s discuss the Turkey case.

I want to recall that the Turkish authorities and relevant agencies are extremely hostile to the Wagner PMC. This is due to the fact that in almost every bridgehead of Turkey's regional influence, the Wagner PMC is the antagonist of Ankara.

“ The Russian military-industrial complex is not manufacturing enough equipment, weapons and ammunition for the troops”

Wagner mercenaries were fighting in Syria long before the Kremin declared its official support of Bashar al-Assad and the Russian regular army was deployed there in 2015. Wagner troops actively fought against the rebels, supported, among others, by the Turkish government. So, at least on the Syrian issue, they are enemies of each other.

In Libya, Turkey supports the UN-recognized Government of National Accord (GNA), while Russia and the Wagner PMC support war criminal Khalifa Haftar, head of the Libyan National Army (LNA).

During the LNA offensive on Tripoli, the Wagner fighters were engaged in a series of bloody war crimes, and Turkey is investigating the mass killings, torture and abuse, which occurred during this period of intensified fighting.

So, what comes out?

The Wagner PMC indeed has a problem with weapons. And not only the Wagner PMC, but the entire Russian army in general. The Russian military-industrial complex is not manufacturing enough equipment, weapons and ammunition for the troops. But, an attempt by the Wagner forces to look for all this in Turkey...? Come on.

Even if we suppose that the Wagner mercenaries were trying to buy weapons from private companies through third parties, it is still not believable, given how deeply the National Intelligence Organization controls everything in Turkey.

Any contact at this level would have been spotted by the agency, with all the fallout. What was it, then?

"All in all, what we have been talking about for days now is a bogus story for fast food information consumers to discredit Turkey."

All in all, what we have been talking about for days now is a bogus story for fast food information consumers to discredit Turkey. In this case.

Someone wants to discredit Turkey in the eyes of its partners and colleagues, especially in NATO. But who benefits from it? Apparently the one who organized the ‘leak’, which says so much about the Ukrainian counteroffensive, undermines the credibility of the Pentagon, discredits Israel, says weird things about Turkey.

But the bogus story about Wagner PMC and Turkey, taking into account all of the above, indicates an unprofessional manner of drafting and targeting the audience, which is unfamiliar with the situation in Syria and Libya, and not only there... Judging by the clumsiness and aim of the effort, it is not hard to guess whose ears are sticking out of these PSYOPs.
