"In the second half of 2024, Denmark will provide the next batch of F-16 fighters," Poulsen said.
Earlier in August, the Defense Minister confirmed that Ukraine had received the first aircraft. While the exact number of transferred aircraft has not been disclosed, Denmark has committed to delivering a total of 19 F-16 fighters.
“As with the first delivery, the number of aircraft and delivery dates for the upcoming batch will remain undisclosed for operational security reasons,” Poulsen added.
- Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen stated that Ukraine has the right to use Danish weapons within Russian territory.
