He made this statement on July 13, 2025, on CBS's Face the Nation.
"I expect, in the coming days, you will see weapons flowing at a record level to help Ukraine defend themselves," Graham said.
According to the senator, last week President Donald Trump said, “It’s time to move.” Graham added that Trump tried to bring Vladimir Putin to the negotiating table.
"One of the biggest miscalculations Putin has made is to play Trump. And you just watch, in the coming days and weeks, there's going to be a massive effort to get Putin to the table," he said.
"And to those who are helping him, China, buying cheap Russian oil and having no accountability, those days are about over," Graham added.
- Earlier this week, the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee approved the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal year 2026, which provides $500 million in security assistance to Ukraine.
