"We strive to show Russian crimes against the media": Ukrainian war correspondents' photo exhibition to open in Vilnius
On September 16, the photo exhibition On the Frontlines of Truth will open in Lithuania’s capital, Vilnius. Journalists will show Russian crimes committed against the media

As stated in the message, the photo exhibition On the Frontlines of Truth was organized by the Institute of Mass Information and Internews with the support of the Press Photographers' Club of Lithuania.
"With this photo presentation, we aim to show the crimes committed by the Russian Federation against the media and journalists, as well as to pay tribute to Ukrainian journalists who work in extremely dangerous conditions," the announcement of the event reads.
It is noted that the exhibition will take place inside the building of the Vilnius railway station.
"The director of Internews in Ukraine, Jillian McCormack, will act as moderator. The ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Lithuania, Petro Beshta, and the head of the public organization Detector Media, Nataliya Lyhachova, will be invited to participate in the event. The photo exhibition will be attended by representatives of the Vilnius railway station and the media," the message states.
It is also reported that this is already the second photo exhibition on the topic of a full-scale war in Ukraine. The Council of Europe in Strasbourg (France) organized the first exhibition, which took place in June 2022.
