According to him, Russian killers who tortured and shot Ukrainians in Bucha and other settlements should be punished.

"The tragedy in Bucha, where hundreds and hundreds of civilians were killed in this bloody massacre, has changed the nature of the war. And what do we need now? We definitely need international sanctions. Sanctions that would be devastating for Putin. We also need "Bucha's List". The whole world must unite in order to identify all those barbarians who killed Ukrainian women, who raped them, especially in front of their children, those who killed women, children, and the elderly and left them lying right on the streets", Poroshenko said.

The Magnitsky List is a list of persons responsible for the detention, ill-treatment and death of auditor Sergiy Magnitsky, as well as other gross violations of human rights in the Russian Federation.
