"Another proof of Russian brutality, discovery of mass graves, and torture chambers in Izium. Occupiers spread misery and death wherever they appear. They do it today, and will do it tomorrow. We must help Ukraine by all means necessary! We must stop the killing of civilians and the war!", he wrote.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that during the occupation of Izyum and Balaklia in the Kharkiv region, the Russians treated the population as in the Kyiv region: they tortured residents, destroyed kindergartens and schools, and other infrastructure.
