"But we do not stop there. We continue to build up our defense capabilities. We are building engineering and fortifications," Vitaliy Koval said.
He also reminded that exercises are ongoing in Belarus. The deployment of strategic aviation and fighter jets on the other side may be accompanied by air raids, and their number may increase in the near future.
"We must respond to this signal and look for the nearest shelter. At the same time, we must remain calm and cool. We will win," added the head of the administration.
