We are moving to another stage of war, in which Russian army is trying to build defenses - Zgurets

He shared his opinion with Espreso TV. 

"The enemy has left a huge amount of equipment in a panic, which indicates the lack of preparation of the enemy for defense or the general inability to conduct defensive actions, relying only on offensives and on their artillery with the tactics of a barrage of fire. But the realities are becoming different, so now we are entering a different stage of war, when the Russian army is trying to build defenses," the military expert noted.

Serhii Zgurets noted: regarding the Russian army's defense in the Kharkiv region, we can already see that they will not be able to build a defense in the area of ​​the Oskil River.

"Now the Russian enemy is trying to gain a foothold in the zone of the Zaporizhzhia region and to transfer part of the units to the Donetsk direction, where, in my opinion, there will be a new stage of hostilities. Only in the Zaporizhzhia direction, the occupiers begin to insulate the defense structures, accordingly, they are going to dig in there for a long time. But here the question is already in our approaches and methods of expelling the enemy from there at the expense of, first of all, artillery systems, which we will receive more, based on the declared American military aid," Zgurets commented.
