Zelenskyy proposes 90-day extension of martial law and mobilization
President Zelenskyy submitted to the Ukrainian parliament draft laws to extend martial law and mobilization until February 2026

Draft laws No. 14128 and No. 14129 have been registered in parliament.
They provide for the extension of martial law and the continuation of general mobilization across the country.
If adopted, the restrictive measures and mobilization procedures will be extended until February 2026. Currently, similar laws are in effect until November 5 of this year.
According to the president, these steps are necessary to ensure state security and an effective response to threats amid ongoing Russian aggression.
- The Verkhovna Rada, at its session on July 15, previously approved the extension of general mobilization and martial law in Ukraine for an additional 90 days.
