Putin uses 'peace' as cover for mass killings
Putin is constantly lying. The war with Ukraine has been based on his lies from the very beginning
Putin's statement today that Ukraine refused a ceasefire for two days because "Zelenskyy is not interested in peace" is designed for people with completely erased memories. After all, the difference between the positions of Russia and Ukraine is obvious: Russia offers a ceasefire for two days and only in certain areas of the front, while Ukraine offers it for 30 days with the possibility of extension.
"It is no news to anyone that Putin is constantly lying. The war with Ukraine has been based on his lies from the very beginning, which many in the world have long been reluctant to acknowledge. And some still do not want to see it."
No country in the world wants war in its own home. Therefore, there is no one who wants peace in Ukraine more than the Ukrainians themselves. But when mass murders, shelling of peaceful cities, schools, and Code Playgrounds are being sold under the guise of "peace," it is such an obvious lie that everyone should see it.
Negotiating under the rubble of lies is difficult. Perhaps that is why we have not heard statements in the style of "we have great progress" or "closer than ever" lately? Especially when, according to Putin, the Americans are now also "sponsors of terrorism."
