The Russian dictator stated this, European Pravda reports.
According to Putin, if threats are created against the Kaliningrad region, Russia intends to 'eliminate' them.
"Everyone must understand and realize that actions of this kind will simply lead to an unprecedented escalation of the conflict and will take it to a completely different level and expand it, up to a large-scale armed conflict," he noted.
- Vladimir Putin announced a 'new' war strategy: deploying more troops, launching offensives across the front, and trying to seize eastern and southern Ukraine. It's designed to intimidate Europe and the U.S. into backing off their support for Ukraine.
