Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree for spring conscription, aiming to recruit 150,000 people aged 18 to 30

The decree, published on the official Russian portal for legal acts, outlines the conscription plan.
According to Putin's decree, between April 1 and July 15, the Russian Federation will call up 150,000 individuals aged 18 to 30 for military service.
Military conscription occurs twice a year in Russia, during spring and fall.
