Putin signs spring conscription decree, plans to draft 150,000 people

According to Putin's decree, between April 1 and July 15, the Russian Federation will call up 150,000 individuals aged 18 to 30 for military service.

Military conscription occurs twice a year in Russia, during spring and fall.
