Lithuania has prepared a new package of military assistance to Ukraine

He wrote about this on Twitter. 

“The value of the new Lithuanian military support package for Ukraine will reach about EUR 41 million. It will consist of sent equipment, new acquisitions, contributions to international funds,” he tweeted. 

Ukraine and Poland to jointly produce tank shells

Ukroboronprom and Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ S.A.) signed an agreement on cooperation in the production of ammunition for 125-mm tank guns in Poland.

This was reported by the press service of the Ukroboronprom arms manufacturer.

According to the report, agreements have been reached on the deployment of new production facilities.

“Taking into account the high risks of Russian missile strikes on the Ukrainian enterprise, only Polish cities are considered for the launch of new production... Ukraine will provide its technologies and highly qualified specialists with relevant competencies and experience,” the statement said.

The US praises the skills of Ukrainian fighter pilots

The United States has praised the skills of Ukrainian pilots who have been tested to operate F-16 fighter jets: their training program may be cut.

Brigadier General Serhiy Holubtsov, Commander of the Ukrainian Air Force, said this during a telethon.

“We believed that our pilots would show their level, and it really happened. Two pilots successfully passed the test in the United States. The assessment is quite high and at the end of the report (it is) stated that the retraining program for Ukrainian pilots to the F-16 aircraft can be significantly reduced compared to standard pilot training programs,” he said.

Explosions reported in Russian-occupied Mariupol

Citizens heard an explosion in the Kalmius district of the city, not far from the Iliich Iron and Steel Works.

After the explosion, a fire broke out there. This was reported by the advisor to the mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andriushchenko.

Ukraine's aviation launched 6 strikes on the Russian enemy over the day

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported this. 

Over the past day, the Ukrainian Defense Forces' aviation  launched 6 strikes on the invading Russian troops' military positions, and missile and artillery units hit 2 enemy manpower concentration areas, 2 fuel and lubricant depots, as well as an electronic warfare station.
