"We stand with Ukraine," she said.
The ambassador said that the embassy in Kyiv is "proud to carry out the Secretary of State’s mission to work day and night with Ukrainian partners to help keep the energy grid up and running through the winter.”
- On December 15, the United States delivered to Kyiv special equipment and generators for boiler houses and heating plants. Under the International Technical Assistance Program, USAID provided Kyivteploenergo with 4 excavators and more than 130 generators free of charge.
