US State Department: whole world will benefit from "grain agreement" fully operating

The full operation of the "grain agreement" enabling the export of Ukrainian food through the Black Sea is believed to be beneficial for the entire world.

This was stated by Deputy Spokesman of the US State Department, Vedant Patel, RBC-Ukraine reports with reference to his video briefing.

Patel emphasized that Ukraine's ability to deliver food to where it is most needed has global benefits. The agreement has been instrumental in preventing grain and food from being transformed into weapons and ensuring that essential food products reach countries in need, as highlighted by the State Department. Patel also stated that this mechanism serves to prevent Russia from weaponizing food.
