US sees war ending with Russia's defeat, China wants it to end in draw - analyst Yizhak
Oleksii Yizhak, an analyst at the National Institute for Strategic Studies, believes that the Iran factor will be discussed between Biden and Xi Jinping in the context of the conditions for ending the war in Ukraine
He said this on Espreso TV.
“The US and China have different views on how to end the war in Ukraine. For the US, it is obvious that Russia must lose the war. China wants the war to end in a draw for Russia,” Yizhak noted.
According to the analyst, Biden and Xi Jinping will discuss how to prevent the start of a new war within the century.
“The stockpiles of weapons for this war have already been used up, and the world is now faced with the question of how to allocate resources - either for new economic growth or for preparing for a new war,” Yizhak explained.
