US National Security Advisor and the IMF Director also arrive in Kyiv
National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, International Monetary Fund Director Kristalina Georgieva arrived in Kyiv alongside US President Joe Biden
The head of Ukraine’s Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, announced Sullivan's visit on Telegram.
"Today, Ukraine is the heart of democracy that is fighting for freedom. I would like to thank Joe Biden's National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, with whom we worked together, including on the issue of the visit. I am very pleased to have constructive cooperation with Jake, which always yields powerful results," he wrote.
Yermak emphasized that President Biden's visit to Ukraine is strategic. According to him, many issues are being resolved and those that were temporarily suspended are being accelerated.
"Our common goal is Ukraine's victory over Russia and the triumph of Ukrainian soldiers and Western weapons," Yermak wrote.
Ukrainian MP Oleksiy Honcharenko reported Kristalina Georgieva's visit.
"IMF Director Kristalina Georgieva is in Kyiv today. But importantly! She is not the only one who arrived today. The roads are being blocked not because of her visit," he wrote.

On Monday, February 20, the US President arrived in Kyiv to announce another shipment of artillery ammunition, anti-tank systems and air surveillance radars to Ukraine.
