Unknown people try spy on Ukrainian military training in Germany - Business Insider

Unidentified people have tried to spy on the Wildflecken Bundeswehr training grounds using drones on the night of September 30 to October 1, where  Ukrainian military is training to use Dingo armored vehicles.

German Federal Ministry of Defense reports to Business Insider.

The agency confirmed that a police operation was carried out following the detection of drones in the immediate vicinity of a military training ground on the border between Bavaria and the state of Hesse, and the investigation is ongoing.

From security sources, Business Insider learned that there were at least ten drones near the training ground. At the same time, it is claimed that "there was no danger to the public at any time."

The ministry did not say who is behind the alleged surveillance of the Ukrainian military, but unofficially suspects that it could be Russia.
