United24, Forbes hold magazine raffle to buy equipment for AFU
The United24 initiative and Forbes Ukraine have released a special issue of the magazine, translated into English by ChatGPT with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's photo and signature, which will be raffled off
This is reported on the United24 website.
“For its third anniversary, Forbes Ukraine has released a special issue in English. It contains all the materials of the Ukrainian-language edition, translated with the help of ChatGPT,” the message says.
The cover features a photo and signature of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
You can't buy the magazine, but you can win it by donating USD 33 or the equivalent amount - USD 66, USD 99 - to support Ukrainian defenders.
All funds will be used to purchase SOVA mobile optoelectronic counter-battery systems.
“The SOVA mobile optoelectronic complex helps to detect the positions of enemy guns (mortars) that disguise themselves with a flash when fired. The complex consists of a special video surveillance camera and a laptop with the appropriate software. The system allows for continuous surveillance of the enemy and very accurate detection of the positions of mortars firing at Ukrainian troops. This means that the system's operation saves the lives of our defenders,” Colonel Serhiy Baranov, head of the Main Directorate of Missile Forces and Artillery of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff, said.
The military emphasized that SOVA is very important for adjusting artillery fire in conditions of direct target visibility.
You can participate in the fundraiser until 10:00 pm on April 26.
The number of contributions from one participant is unlimited.
The unique Forbes magazine will be raffled off among all participants. The name of the lucky winner will be announced at 3:00 pm on April 27.
