UN confirms Russia's ban on access to Ukrainian POW
The head of the UN monitoring mission for human rights in Ukraine, Matilda Bogner, had confirmed that the Russian Federation is preventing access to prisoners of war.

Matilda Bogner expressed concern about torture and ill-treatment of prisoners at a briefing in Geneva.
"This is all the more alarming as we have documented torture and ill-treatment of prisoners of war held by Russia or held by its armed forces or affiliated entities," she said.
