Ukrainian President's Office names factor that can provoke riot in Russia
Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the President's Office, says that the civilized world's cancellation of visas for Russians could be the first step towards rebellion in Russia

Podolyak wrote about this on Twitter.
According to him, only being deprived of the opportunity to travel the world can force Russians to realize their responsibility for the war that the Russian Federation has unleashed against Ukraine.
"Why do we need visa restrictions for Russian citizens? Half a year of war has proven: they are not concerned about mass murders, destroyed cities, nuclear blackmail, as well as Bucha or Mariupol. Only talk about the loss of visas could bring them back to the awareness of war and responsibility. And this is the first step towards the Russian rebellion", Podolyak is convinced.
