Ukrainian forces repell Russian attacks in 10 settlements in Luhansk and Donetsk region

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports in the morning briefing on November 29.

Russian occupying forces concentrate their efforts on restraining actions of units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. Transfer of personnel and military equipment of the enemy to equip units that have suffered losses continues. It is expected that some Russian units will be transferred from the territory of Republic of Belarus after they acquire combat capabilities.

Russian troops launched 9 missile and 13 air strikes, launched more than 50 attacks from multiple missile systems on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas.

Threat of missile strikes by Russian occupying forces on Ukrainian critical infrastructure facilities remains.

In Volyn and Polissya directions, situation has not changed significantly, no signs of the formation of Russian offensive groups have been detected.

In Siversky direction, there was mortar and artillery shelling in Senkivka of Chernihiv region and Seredyna Buda, Novovolodymyrivka, Rozhkovichi of the Sumy region.

In Slobozhansk direction, settlements of Strelecha, Staritsa, Ohirtseve, Budarky, Chuhunivka and Ambarne of Kharkiv region were shelled by mortars and missile artillery.

In Kupyansk direction, Russian forces maintain the defense of previously occupied lines. Fired artillery of various types in Bolohivka, Kamianka, Kupyansk, Tabaivka, Krokhmalne and Berestov of the Kharkiv region.

In Lyman direction, Russian troops concentrate its main efforts on conducting offensive operations. Fired artillery in Makiivka, Nevske, Bilohorivka settlements, Luhansk region; Yampolivka, Torske, Donetsk region.

In Bakhmut and Avdiivka directions, Russian occupying forces continue to focus their main efforts on offensive actions. Objects in Serebryanka, Spirne, Yakovlivka, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Opytne, Klishchiivka, Andriivka, Kurdyumivka, Vesele, Avdiivka, Vodyane, Pervomaiske, Krasnohorivka, Kurakhove, Maryinka and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk region were shelled from tanks and artillery.

In Novopavlivsk direction, Russian forces shelled with artillery fire Vuhledar, Novoukrayinka, Prechistivka, Zolota Nyva and Neskuchne settlements in Donetsk region.

In Zaporizhzhia direction, Russian occupying forces conduct defensive operations. There were shots from mortars, barrel and missile artillery on the positions of Ukrainian Defense Forces and populated areas of Zaporizhzhia region, which are not far from the contact line. Civilian infrastructure of Dnipro city was shelled by Russian missiles.

Russian troops conduct positional defense in Kryvyi Rih and Kherson directions. Artillery shelling of units of Ukrainian troops and settlements on the right bank of Dnipro river, including Kherson, does not stop.
