This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.

Once again, Ukraine faced an enemy attack today, marked by the deployment of various types of missiles. Detailed information will be provided later.

The enemy has focused its primary efforts on the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Marinka directions. In the past 24 hours, there were 49 combat clashes in these specified areas of the front line. The towns of Bakhmut and Maryinka remain the focal points of intense hostilities.

Ukrainian forces hit 14 manpower concentration areas and ammunition depots

In the last 24 hours, the Defense Forces' Air Force conducted 9 targeted strikes on enemy-held areas with a concentration of personnel and military equipment. Additionally, they carried out 7 strikes on enemy anti-aircraft missile systems. During these operations, 6 attack UAVs of different types were successfully neutralized. Furthermore, missile forces and artillery units targeted and destroyed 3 enemy command centers, 5 personnel positions, 4 artillery units positioned for firing, an anti-aircraft missile complex, 5 electronic warfare stations, and an enemy ammunition depot.

Russia carried out 2 missile and 48 airstrikes against Ukraine

In the last 24 hours, Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region experienced two missile strikes, carried out by the enemy using the S-300 air defense system. Furthermore, Russia conducted 48 airstrikes and launched over 50 MLRS attacks.

The likelihood of missile and air strikes across Ukraine remains significant as the enemy continues to employ terror tactics.

Russian forces are using schools in Donetsk region to accommodate the military

The enemy persists in cynically exploiting educational institutions in the temporarily occupied settlements for their own agenda. An instance of this is observed in the city of Yasynuvata, Donetsk region, where Russian occupiers have taken over the buildings of a local school for personnel accommodation. Military equipment is concealed within the schoolyard, while basements are repurposed as shelters.

Situation in other Ukrainian regions is as follows

On the northern border with Belarus, the operational situation remained unchanged, with no signs of offensive groups forming.

On the northeastern border with Russia, Russia fired mortar and artillery shells at 3 settlements in the Chernihiv region, 7 in the Sumy region, and 9 more in the Kharkiv region.

In the Kupyansk direction, Russian troops attempted to improve the tactical situation during the day, launching attacks in 2 directions, but were unsuccessful. They launched artillery and mortar attacks at 13 settlements in the Kharkiv region and 1 more in the Luhansk region. One area was subjected to airstrikes.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces shelled 4 settlements in Luhansk and Donetsk regions yesterday, and launched airstrikes near 1 area.

In the Bakhmut direction, Russian troops are on the offensive. Fighting continues in the town of Bakhmut. In addition, over the past day, they launched unsuccessful attacks in the direction of Ivanivske and shelled 12 settlements in the Donetsk region.

In the Avdiivka direction, Russian troops launched unsuccessful offensive and air strikes near Avdiivka, shelled 5 more settlements in the Donetsk region.

In the Marinka direction, Ukrainian defense forces repelled numerous attacks near the town of Marinka. At the same time, 5 settlements in the Donetsk region came under Russian fire.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, Russian forces did not launch any assaults over the past day. However, they shelled 4 settlements.

In Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, Russian troops are on the defensive. They launched an airstrike near 1 settlement in the Donetsk region, 1 in the Zaporizhzhia region, and another 2 in the Kherson region. At the same time, they shelled 15 settlements near the contact line in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Khersons regions.
