Oleksandr Tarnavskyi, the commander of the Tavria operational and strategic group of troops, reports this.
“The Defense Forces are still working in the Tavria direction. They are making progress and moving forward. Artillery units fired 1,475 times today,” according to Tarnavskyi.
They eliminated 46 Russians, and injured 123 more. They captured two as well. They also managed to destroy 28 pieces of Russian military equipment: 2 tanks, 11 armored vehicles, 5 artillery systems and mortars, 1 anti-aircraft vehicle, 2 drones, and 7 vehicles.
They also destroyed 3 Russian ammo storage areas.

On August 7, soldiers from the 47th brigade successfully stopped a Russian helicopter in the Zaporizhzhia region.
