Ukrainian fighters storm Russian positions, capturing dozen soldiers 

Soldiers of the 108th battalion have stormed Russian positions, as a result of which they eliminated and captured many Russian soldiers.

The battalion has shared the information on its Telegram, Espreso TV informs.

"Mountain assault riflemen of the 108th Brigade stormed Russian positions, eliminating many Russian soldiers and capturing 10 of them," the brigade wrote.

It happened on Christmas Eve, December 25.

For reference. The 10th separate mountain assault brigade is a military unit of the Land Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces based in Kolomyia. The brigade was formed in the city of Bila Tserkva on October 1, 2015. The main purpose of the brigade is to conduct combat operations in mountainous and forested areas. The 109th separate mountain assault battalion is a mountain infantry unit within the 10th separate mountain assault brigade.
