Ukrainian border guards target Russian soldiers who tried to seize Ukrainian positions in Bakhmut

This was reported by the State Border Guard Service.

Border guards destroyed 3 Russian soldiers, 4 more were wounded.

"The attack group approached the border positions and tried to seize them. Our soldiers had to engage the enemy in a positional battle, in which some of the occupiers were neutralized, and the fire of the border guards was still catching up with the survivors," the press service reported.

• On April 19, Ukrainian air defence forces targeted Russian Orlan and ZALA drones over Bakhmut.
