Ukrainian army strikes Russian headquarters near occupied Melitopol

The Armed Forces of Ukraine released a video showing strike on the headquarters of Russian troops near the temporarily occupied Melitopol

The video was posted on the Telegram channel of the AFU Strategic Communications Department.

"The Armed Forces of Ukraine hit the headquarters of occupying Russian troops near the temporarily occupied Melitopol," the statement said.

The video clearly shows smoke and several hits, as well as the sounds of enemy air defense systems.

On September 18, in the morning, several explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia region, after which the Russian occupation "authorities" reported the operation of air defenses and the shooting down of missiles. 

The Russian propaganda media outlet RIA Novosti wrote that Russian occupiers had allegedly intercepted four Ukrainian missiles.
