Ukrainian Armed Forces will lead defensive tactics along entire frontline till the end of March - military expert Kovalenko

This was stated by military expert Oleksandr Kovalenko on Espreso TV.

"I think that the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is well aware of what needs to be done to hold their positions. I do not rule out that by mid- to late March Ukrainian defenders will be applying exclusively defensive tactics along the entire front line," he said.

Kovalenko emphasized that defensive tactics will be applied to the fullest.

"But starting from April and May, there may be a shift in tactics in some locations. For us, the most important thing is to exhaust the enemy, to deplete the resources they have accumulated for their conventionally large offensive. When this depletion is completed, we can talk about the feasibility of other steps to be taken by the Ukrainian Armed Forces," the military expert summarized.
