Ukrainian Armed Forces stop Russian offensive in Bakhmut, Avdiyivka directions

In the Donetsk region, the Russian efforts are focused on conducting active actions in the Bakhmut and Avdiyivka directions.

In the Bakhmut direction, the occupiers made fire damage near Bakhmut, Mayorsk, Soledar, Zaytseve, Shumy and Kodem. Russia tried to carry out combat reconnaissance in the area of ​​Zaitseve settlement and assault operations near Soledar and Kodema, but without success and retreated.

In the Avdiyivka direction, Russia used tanks, barrel artillery and numerous rocket systems in Vodyanyi, Novobakhmutivka, Krasnohorivka, Opytny, and Nevelsky areas. Made an airstrike near Maryinka.  Led an offensive near Krasnohorivka and Pervomaiskyi, but in vain.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the Russians shelled the areas of Pavlivka, Prechistivka, and Vugledar settlements.  Offensive battles were waged in the areas of settlements of Novomykhailivka and Zolota Niva to no avail.

In the Kramatorsk direction, shelling was recorded near Hryhorivka, Rozdolivka, Bilenkoy and Spirnyi.

In the Slovyansk direction, Russia attacked with tanks, barrel artillery and anti-aircraft guns near Nortsivka, Krasnopill and Dolyna. An air strike was carried out on Bogorodychne.

In the Kharkiv direction, Russia shelled the areas of Odnorobivka, Sosnivka, Tsupivka, Nove, Zamulivka, Dokuchaevske, Pytomnyk, Stary Saltiv, Velyka Rohan and Ivashki settlements with barrel and rocket artillery. Airstrikes were recorded near Pytomnyk and Mospanovoy. The UAV was used to scout the positions of our troops and adjust artillery fire.

In the Siversk direction, Russia shelled civilian and military infrastructure in the settlements of Chernihiv and Sumy regions with barrel artillery.

In the Slobozhansk direction, Russia is conducting combat operations in order to maintain the previously occupied areas and borders, and is trying to improve the tactical position.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, a fire damage was recorded near Zaliznychny, Orikhov, Chervony, Burlatsky, Zeleny Polya, Stepovoy, Novopavlivka, and Novoandriivka.  Airstrikes in the areas of Malinivka, Olhivske, Zaliznychne and Novopil settlements.

In the Southern Bug direction, Russia is concentrating its main efforts on holding occupied positions and preventing the advance of our troops. Takes steps to replenish after losses. Fired tanks and artillery of various types in the areas of Parutyne, Lymany, Lozove, Shevchenkove, Myrne, Ukrainka, Kiselyvka, Potemkyne, Shiroke, Ivanivka, Osokorivka, Dobryanka, Pryshyb, Kvitneve. Russia carried out airstrikes near Trudolyubivka, Potemkiny and Andriivka. UAVs were actively involved in aerial reconnaissance.

In the Volyn and Polissya directions in the border areas, Russia is actively using means of radio-electronic warfare. The threat of missile and air strikes from the Belarusian territory remains.

The Russian naval group in the Black and Azov Seas is concentrating its main efforts on blocking civilian shipping in the northwestern part of the Black Sea and damaging military facilities.
