The Ukrainian Armed Forces have effectively targeted another Russian ammunition depot.
"In the Kherson area, a depot with 'saltpeter and humanitarian aid' is on fire again. Also, in the area of the explosion, the wailing of sirens can be heard and the commotion of Russian soldiers, who are fleeing in different directions and hastily taking away both looted and brought with them, can be heard," the message reads.
Residents say that some of the Russian soldiers are panicking: "they change into civilian clothes and pack into stolen civilian vehicles with large bags."
