Ukrainian Armed Forces have to move away from Severodonetsk - Gaidai

The Luhansk Regional State Administration head Sergiy Gaidai made an announcement in his Telegram channel.

"We will have to take our guys away (from Severodonetsk - Ed.) There's no betrayal, no one will abandon our guys, no one will allow the encirclement or just leave the situation to its own devices," he said.

According to Sergiy Gaidai, now it makes no sense for the Ukrainian military to remain in positions broken for many months.

"Every day the number of casualties in unfortified territories can grow, so it was decided that our defenders would receive a command to retreat to new positions, to new fortified areas and from there to conduct normal, full-fledged fighting. And, accordingly, to inflict losses on the enemy."
