Ukrainian Armed Forces clear Russian bridgehead on western bank of the Siverskyi Donets-Donbas canal — Biletskyi

This was reported in the official Telegram channel of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade.

“The Russian Federation's 57th Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade's third battalion has been defeated. They had around 30 to 200 individuals on their side, with many wounded and captured. The enemy's stronghold on the western bank of the Siverskyi Donets-Donbas canal has been completely cleared,” Andriy Biletskyi announced and congratulated everyone on the achievement.

Biletskyi attributed this success to the fighters of the 1st mechanized battalion from the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade. 

• On June 24, the Ukrainian Defense Forces officially confirmed the liberation of territories near Krasnohorivka in the Donetsk region. These areas had been under the control of the occupiers since 2014.
