Nataliya Gumenyuk said this on Espreso TV.
"It is still too early to talk about successes and report on them, because they are given by very difficult battles and efforts. The progress is not as rapid and fast as we would like, but it is quite effective," she said.
Gumenyuk emphasized that the report will be issued as soon as Ukraine's Armed Forces consolidate their positions.
"Almost the entire frontline is burning quite powerfully, as the advance is calculated with a very unusual strategic element. I think the textbooks of military skill will be replenished with many examples from this particular war," the head of the press center concluded.
