Ukrainian An-225 Mriya appears in Microsoft Flight Simulator
Microsoft Flight Simulator has released an edition with the Ukrainian Mriya aircraft: funds will be directed to the restoration of the plane destroyed by the Russians
The Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation reported this on Telegram.
“A Microsoft Flight Simulator video game add-on was released; it allows you to try yourself as a pilot of a digital copy of the Mriya aircraft. It is a detailed copy of a real aircraft; design and even engine sounds are identical," the message said.
It is also noted that the funds from the sales will go to the restoration of the An-225 Mriya, which was destroyed by the Russian invaders.
The game is available for Xbox, PC and Steam.
"We thank the Microsoft company for supporting the Ministry of Digital Transformation initiative, teams and the Antonov enterprise. This is another step toward the revival of the Ukrainian Mriya (“Dream”) and post-war reconstruction," the post added.
