Ukrainian Air Force shoots down Russian drone over Kharkiv region
On the morning of July 8, Ukrainian forces have shot down a Russian drone,thought to have been an Orlan-10, over Kharkiv region.

Ukraine's Air Force shared the update.
"Today, July 8, at around 10:00, in the Kharkiv region, an Air Force unit with the Ukrainian Armed Forces' anti-aircraft missile troops shot down an enemy UAV, probably an Orlan-10," the message states.
Orlan-10 is a Russian multi-purpose unmanned aerial vehicle designed to monitor long-range and local objects in hard-to-reach areas. Developed in St. Petersburg, it is powered by an internal combustion engine and can carry a range of target acquisition equipment including a thermal imager, a photo camera, a gyro-stabilized video camera, a radio transmitter, and a repeater.
