Ukrainian Air Force shoots down 273 Iranian Shahed-136 drones
Since September 13, the Ukrainian Air Force has destroyed 273 Iranian 'kamikaze' drones, which Russia is using to attack Ukraine
This was stated by the spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force Command, Yurii Ihnat, RBC-Ukraine reports.
“As of today, since the first use of a kamikaze drone in Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, on September 13, we have already shot down 273 Shahed-136 drones,” Ihnat said.
He added that Russia is also using another modification of the Iranian drone - the Shahed-131 - against Ukraine. It is smaller and has a small warhead.
Ihnat also reported that the Ukrainian military shot down four Mohajer-6 attack drones. One of them survived and is being studied by specialists.

On September 23, it became known that Iranian instructors were brought to Belarus, where they train the Russian military and coordinate UAV launches at infrastructure facilities in Ukraine.
