Ukrainian air defense destroys 30 Russian drones in south overnight

The Defense Forces of southern Ukraine reported.
"From the Crimean Cape Chauda, Shahed-131/136 UAVs were directed mainly at the southern regions," the statement reads.
It is noted that 30 drones were destroyed in the area of responsibility of the Southern Defense Forces:
20 - in Vinnytsia region;
6 - in Odesa region;
4 - in Mykolaiv region.
Later, the Air Force noted that the Russian troops had launched a total of 40 strike drones across Ukraine.
"The Air Force in cooperation with Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed 30 Shahed drones in Odesa, Mykolaiv and Vinnytsia regions!" the statement reads.
On the evening of Friday, September 29, Russian forces launched strike UAVs at Ukraine. They hit an infrastructure facility in the Vinnytsia region. A number of trains were delayed due to the Russian attack.
