Ukrainian air defense destroys 18 drones and Kh-59 missile at night
The Russian army attacked Ukraine with UAVs at night. In return, Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed 18 Shaheds and a Kh-59 missile in the sky over Ukraine

On the night of December 1, Russia attacked Ukraine with Shahed-type strike UAVs from two directions: Cape Chauda, occupied Crimea, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Russia. The occupying Russian forces also launched a guided missile attack from the airspace of the occupied Kherson region.
In total, Russia launched 2 Kh-59 missiles and 25 Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs.
Southern and eastern parts of Ukraine were the primary targets. Air defense was operating in Mykolaiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
As a result of combat operations, 18 attack UAVs and one Kh-59 guided missile were destroyed.
In addition, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, said that Russian troops had fired a missile at Kryvyi Rih at night.
"The consequences of the attack are being clarified. However, it is known that there were no casualties," he added.
