Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says that Ukraine will not negotiate with Russia while it is led by Vladimir Putin

This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an address following the results of the meeting of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council

"Ukraine was and remains a leader in negotiation efforts. It was our state that always offered Russia to agree on coexistence on equal, honest, dignified, and fair terms. It is obvious that this is impossible with this Russian president. He does not know what dignity and honesty are. Therefore, we are ready for a dialogue with Russia, but with another president of Russia," Zelenskyy said.
