"Ukraine complies with its international obligations, including fulfilling all obligations related to the grain corridor. The recent events in Crimea concerned only military facilities and are in no way related to the grain agreement, which provides for Ukrainian ports and civilian ports when it comes to the territory controlled by Ukraine," the representative of the Intelligence explained.
The Russian Defense Ministry has accused Ukraine of violating the grain deal, saying that Ukrainian drones allegedly attacked Sevastopol using grain corridors.
