Ukraine’s Foreign Minister names three conditions for Russia's defeat in war against Ukraine

Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba, speaking at a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the EU member states, named three conditions for Russia's defeat

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

Dmytro Kuleba stressed that the coup in Russia clearly demonstrated the weakness of the regime of dictator Vladimir Putin.

"On Saturday night, we saw not the end, but only a break in another act of destruction of Putin's vertical. Russia is getting weaker every day," the Foreign Minister said of Prigozhin's rebellion in Russia.

According to him, it is now critical for Russia's defeat in the war with Ukraine:

"Together, all these steps will allow us to liberate all Ukrainian territories," Kuleba concluded.

He also called on the US and Ukraine to speed up the process of training Ukrainian pilots and technicians and the transfer of Western-style aircraft to Ukraine.

The minister welcomed the EU's decision to increase the budget of the European Peacekeeping Fund to €3.5 billion, which will not only help ensure a stable supply of military equipment for Ukraine, but also develop the Ukrainian-European alliance of defence industries.

According to the Foreign Minister, a special event will be held in Ukraine in the near future to launch this long-term defence cooperation.

Finally, Dmytro Kuleba told the European foreign ministers the story of two Ukrainian teenagers from Berdiansk, Tihran Ohannisyan and Mykyta Khanhanov, who gave their lives in the fight against the Russian occupation.

"Ukraine will definitely win, as it is defended by such heroes as Tihran and Mykyta. Glory to Ukraine!" Kuleba said.

On 24 June, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba reacted to the events in Russia and called on the countries of the world to finally "put an end to evil". "Those who said that Russia is too strong to lose: look now," he said.
