Dmytro Kuleba said this in an interview with Bild am Sonntag.
The foreign minister noted that Germany could expand the supply of artillery ammunition to Ukraine: German companies have declared their readiness to do so during the talks, but the government is not signing contracts.
“I think Germany could really help more with ammunition. ... We sat down with Ukrainian representatives and the German arms industry, and the German industry in my presence demanded one thing from the German government: signed contracts. So the problem is with the government,” he said.
