Ukraine’s army destroys Russian electronic warfare station and communication center, reports 25 combat clashes in a day – General Staff

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff shared their regular report, as below.

Frontline update: ongoing offensives and key defense points against major Russian attacks

The Ukrainian army conducts offensives in the Melitopol and Berdyansk directions, consolidating their positions and conducting counter-battery operations.

On the northern Ukrainian border with Belarus, the operational situation has not changed. 

On the northeastern border with Russia, Russian forces carried out air strikes near 2 settlements. They also launched mortar and artillery attacks, targeting a total of over 20 settlements across Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions.

In the Kupyansk direction, Russian troops were attacking without success near the settlement of Nadiya and south of Novoselivske, Luhansk region. They also shelled over 10 more settlements across the Kharkiv region.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces carried out air strikes near 2 settlements and shelled a number of settlements in the Donetsk region with artillery.

In the Bakhmut direction, Russian troops launched an unsuccessful offensive near Bohdanivka. They shelled over 10 settlements in the Donetsk region with artillery.

In the Avdiivka direction, being under heavy fire from Russian aircraft and artillery, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled attacks near Avdiivka. Russian troops shelled over 15 settlements with artillery. 

In the Marinka direction, the Ukrainian Defense Forces hold back the Russian offensive near the towns of Marinka. Russian troops shelled over 10 settlements with artillery.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, Russian troops  tried to regain lost position in the Staromayorske area. They launched air strikes and shelled a number of settlements.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, Russian troops carried out an air strike near Mala Tokmachka. Over 15 settlements came under Russian artillery fire.

In the Kherson direction, Russian forces carried out an air strikes near a settlement in the Kherson region and shelled over 20 settlements across Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.

Ukrainian troops destroy 7 Shaheds, an electronic warfare station and a communication center

Ukrainian aviation carried out 10 strikes on Russian personnel concentrations and their military equipment and weapons, and 2 more on an anti-aircraft missile system.

Ukrainian defenders also destroyed 7 Shahed-136 attack drones.

Over the day, Ukrainian missile and artillery units hit 4 Russian artillery pieces at firing positions, concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, as well as an electronic warfare station and a communication center.

Russian troops launch 3 missile attacks and almost 50 air strikes

During the day, Russia launched 3 missile attacks, 49 air strikes, and 36 MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas. 

Russian terrorist actions have led to casualties and injuries among Ukraine's civilian population.

The threat of missile and air strikes throughout Ukraine remains high.
