Ukraine’s army confirms destruction of Russian command post near Mariupol

The Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed that on August 14 they struck a Russian command post in a sanatorium near the temporarily occupied Mariupol

This was reported by the Strategic Communications Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"Today, at about 11:00 a.m., the Ukrainian Defence Forces struck the command post of Russian troops located in the Khvylya sanatorium in the village of Yurivka near the temporarily occupied Mariupol," the statement said.

Earlier, the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andriushchenko, reported explosions in Yurivka. "Explosions. The consequences for now. Hit in the occupiers' base in the "Khvylya" (Wave) camp. A double hit. Not a single local was injured. However, the number of Russian troops’ losses is already measured by dozens," he wrote on his Telegram channel at 11:49 a.m. and shared the video.
