Ukraine's Armed Forces destroy Russian Guard's newest armored vehicle in Donetsk region

"The Patrol modern armored vehicle of the Russian Guard is on fire in the Donetsk region. Soldiers with a Separate Howitzer Artillery Unit of the Ukrainian Airborne Assault Troops destroyed the newest equipment of the Russian invaders with a precise strike, the Patrol armored vehicle of the invading Russian Guard along with the crew," the press service of Ukraine's Armed Forces wrote. 

According to the message, the car of the Russian occupiers was spotted by Ukrainian air reconnaissance.

"We gave the coordinates of the target to the artillerymen of the Airborne Assault Troops, and then it was a matter of equipment. The target was determined, aimed... and the equipment, along with the occupiers, turned into a fire. Death to the Russian occupiers! Airborne Assault Troops are always the first! Glory to Ukraine!".

According to the information of the ArmyInform agency, as of 2018, the cost of one copy of the Patrol armored vehicle reached more than RUB 14 million.
