Spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force Command Yuriy Ihnat said this in a comment to LIGA.net.
Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and Deputy Head of the President's Office Ihor Zhovkva said during a telethon on May 16 that Ukraine was considering not only F-16s but also other combat aircraft as part of an 'aviation coalition.'
Commenting on these statements, Ihnat said that he “will not deny anything,” adding that “as of now, there is no alternative (to the F-16 - ed.).”
“But in the future, we are considering both F-15 and F-35. That is, for the post-war period as part of NATO,” the spokesman added.

Earlier, the Defense Ministry said that Kyiv wants to receive 40-50 F-16 fighters from the allies.
