Ukraine starts preparing for reintegration of Donetsk region
Ukraine is developing mechanisms to reintegrate the Ukrainian territories of the Donetsk region. The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko and his team are leading the initiative
The press service of Ukraine’s Ministry of Reintegration reported the information.
"A total of 324 practical steps have been developed. The work was carried out in ten areas. In particular, security issues, demining, restoration of power supply systems and economic development," the statement said.
The ministry noted that the developments are based on practical experience in the de-occupation of the Lyman region and Sviatohiria, as well as on professional forecasting of the situation.
"In each direction, approximate financial and time estimates were also made for the implementation of the proposed measures," the Ministry of Reintegration emphasized.

On August 5th, the Ministry of Reintegration officially declared a mandatory evacuation notice for 9 settlements within the Donetsk region due to ongoing intense hostilities.
